Minute One

Packages

Two packages. One price, built for your business.

Both run the same engine: a text in seconds, an AI callback inside the first minute, qualification, booking, and a summary to your team. Ultimate adds the calls your team misses. We price each one on a call, from your lead volume.

Which one

Pick by where you lose leads.

If they slip away after the form, Starter. If they also slip away on the phone — missed calls, voicemail, after hours — Ultimate.

Starter

Best for

Companies whose leads arrive by form, ad or forwarded email, and whose team already picks up the phone.

Pros

  • Every form, ad and email lead gets a text in seconds and the callback inside the first minute
  • The full engine: qualification, booking, team alerts and the dashboard
  • Lighter one-time setup — your forms and calendar, nothing to change on your phones

Cons

  • Calls your team misses still go to voicemail — only form, ad and email leads get the assistant
  • No site button

Ultimate

Best for

Companies that also lose leads on the phone — missed calls, voicemail, after hours — and want the same assistant on every line.

Pros

  • Everything in Starter
  • When nobody picks up, the assistant answers, qualifies and books — including after hours
  • The "Talk to us in 60 seconds" button turns site visitors into a callback

Cons

  • Higher one-time setup — it wires your phone forwarding and your site as well as your forms and calendar
  • More to test with your team before go-live (forwarding rules, after-hours windows)

Included in both

What every package comes with.

  • A pool of assistant minutes and texts sized to your lead volume on the call, re-sized to your real usage after the first 60 days at the same rates.
  • Overage past the pool is billed per unit — per minute and per text — and nothing else.
  • One-time setup covers your forms, your calendar, your phone, your qualifying questions, and an end-to-end test with your team before go-live.
  • Consent gate, AI disclosure, recording notices and STOP — in the code, not in a policy.
  • Terms are on the call.

Questions

Before the call.

Why isn't there a price on this page?

Because the right pool size and setup scope depend on how many leads you get and where they come from. We'd rather build it for your business on a 20-minute call than show you a number that's wrong for you.

Can I switch packages later?

Yes. Ultimate is Starter plus the inbound side, so moving up adds the phone-forwarding and site-button setup on top of what is already wired — it does not start over.

What does the assistant never do?

Quote a price, call without consent, or call outside 8am–9pm the lead's time.

Twenty minutes, your numbers.

Bring your lead volume and where it comes from. You leave with a package, a pool size, and a price built for your business.
