Minute One

For packaging companies that run ads

Respond within the hour and you're 7× more likely to qualify the lead. Most companies take 42 hours. 23% never respond.

Call within the first minute and the odds of converting go up 391%. Minute One does that for every ad lead you pay for: a text in seconds and, with their consent, an AI callback inside the first minute — inside calling hours — that confirms the specs, qualifies, books your estimator, and sends your team the summary.

Sources: Oldroyd, McElheran & Elkington, "The Short Life of Online Sales Leads," Harvard Business Review, 2011 — 2,241 companies audited; responding within an hour was ~7× more likely to qualify the lead than an hour later and 60× more likely than after 24 hours; average response 42 hours; 23% never responded. Velocify, speed-to-call study of ~3.5 million leads — calling within the first minute raised conversion 391% (160% in minute two).

Clip coming

The clip on why the first minute wins — we're adding it this week.

Proof

Watch me try to break it.

A form goes in, the assistant calls back on speaker, I throw every objection I can think of at it, re-route it, and leave the rough edges in.

Coming this week

The page will show the full run, flaws included.

No form, no email required to watch.

How it works

Four steps, no one on your side lifts a finger.

  1. A form fires

Your website form, Meta or Google lead form, or a forwarded quote email — any of them.

  2. A text in seconds

The lead gets a short text under your company name confirming you have their request.

  3. The assistant calls

It says it is an AI, confirms the specs, asks your qualifying questions, and handles "not now" politely.

  4. Booked and summarized

It books your estimator and your team gets the summary, transcript and recording.

It never quotes a price. Pricing stays with your people — the assistant confirms, qualifies and books.

What your team sees

One card per lead. Everything you need to walk into the call.

The summary, the specs the assistant confirmed, how fast the lead was touched, and the booking — in a text, an email, and the dashboard.

Packages

Two packages, priced on a call.

Each package includes a pool of assistant minutes and texts sized to your lead volume, re-sized to your real usage once we've seen it. Setup is a one-time fee. We don't publish prices — the pool size and the setup scope are built for your business on the call.

No fine print

The rules are in the code, not in a policy nobody reads.

Consent first

No AI call is placed unless the lead agreed on your form or ad. Without consent they get a text and an email only.

It says it is an AI

The first sentence of every call identifies the assistant as an AI. If asked, it answers honestly.

Recording notices

Calls are recorded for your team. In states that require everyone's consent, the assistant announces it up front.

STOP always wins

A STOP reply ends every text and call instantly and is remembered, even if the lead submits again.

Calling hours

8am to 9pm in the lead's own time zone, at most three calls a day. Texts follow the same window.

Your data stays yours

Recording links and transcripts are cleared after 90 days automatically, any lead can be deleted from the dashboard on request, and nothing is ever sold or shared. Privacy

Does the assistant quote prices?

No. It confirms the specs, asks your qualifying questions, books your estimator or hands the lead to a person. Pricing stays with your team.

What if the lead did not agree to be called?

Then no AI call is placed. The lead still gets a text and an email, and your team still gets the notification. Consent is captured on your form or ad, and STOP always wins.

What does my team actually receive?

An email the moment a lead is reached, and the same alert in your Slack or Microsoft Teams channel, with a short summary, the qualification details, the booking if one was made, and a link to the recording and transcript in your dashboard.

Can I see it before I buy?

Yes — on the call. We run the AI callback on your own phone, from a form you submit, live, and you can throw your own objections at it.
